The day we made ketchup
Ingredients
Today we made ketchup at home because the other ketchup that i usually eat is unhealthy & full of sugar.
we decided to make ketchup at home with my father.
We started by boiling the tomatoes & chopping the rest of the veggies next we soted the onions and Ginger in oil then we aded the rest of the veggies and cooked it for 45 minutes.
Then we mashed everything with a spoon and added the spices, the jaggery & red wine vinegar.
Then we waited for it to cool down for 2 hours, after it was cooled we made a paste in the mixie and put it bottles.
Then my sister & me tasted the ketchup with chips. I liked it but it was Good but too spicy so we decided that we will put less chillis next time then after putting the sauce in the jars me and my sister made interview about how we made the ketchup.
