first day i spent my own pocket money

Sunday 25th November.

Me, my mom, my dad, my didi & my baby brother went to SDA market in vasant kunj and we met a guy called Sanchit. He decided to sell his kit & guitar to me. he showed me all of the drums and cymbals after that he started dumping it into the dickie of the car. 

Then he told us he was moving to Toronto (Canada) that is why he was selling his stuff because he can't take it with him. 

I found that strange, because if Bryan adams can bring his instruments from Canada to India for a show why cant this guy take his kit to Canada.

I paid the money for my kit + this is the first ever time from when I was born to when I was 6yrs old I ever spent my pocket money. I had saved up 8000 rupees from when I was born till I was 6yrs old, i spent all the 8000 rs on this kit & guitar.

The kit costed more money so I took the rest from my dad.

From there we went to Saket mall. 

Soon we reached Saket mall and we went to h&m for mum to exchange clothes that she got yesterday, we also found some new clothes that I liked and we got it just today. 

Then we went to Delhi Heights for lunch, I ordered a Nutella & peanut milk shake with Arabiata sauce pasta,  I also ate pizza. 

Soon after, we took the shopping and stuff went home

Next we came home and my gardener bhaiya opened the dickie and the cymbals fell out from the dickie. Then we went up and my dad setup the cymbals and I checked the sounds of the different cymbals. I realised that the new cymbals sound a lot better than my old kids kit cymbals.
Then I opened the guitar and I quickly changed out of my mall clothes & I went downstairs to the garden to play the guitar.
I was more excited about the guitar than the drums.
My father had decided to only change the cymbals and he promised that tomorrow he will setup the full kit with the new drums.

Soon my mothers brother came upstairs and we jammed a little bit, the new drums sounded amazing like a pro kit. Very soon Globy (my mothers brother) went downstairs and then finally I changed and had dinner. After dinner i wrote this blog. 


Since my dad promised that he is going to setup the full kit with all the new drums tomorrow i promised him i will keep my guitar kit safe because it is of my own pocket money.

I didn't feel nice that I had to spend all my pocket money but I still did because my parents asked me to and I decided to just listen, but when I paid the money and got the things I was feeling happy and forgot about the bad feeling.
